Account Management
3.1 Registration
When registering on rh999, you must provide accurate and complete information. If false information is provided, rh999 reserves the right to close the account and confiscate funds.
3.2 Password & Security
It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. You should not share your login details with anyone. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify the rh999 support team immediately.
3.3 Account Closure
A user may close their account at any time by requesting the support team. rh999 also reserves the right to close or suspend an account in the following cases:
- In the event of a breach of these Terms.
- If fraud or deception is suspected.
- In the event of operating multiple accounts.
- If evidence of bonus abuse is found.
Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits
The following payment methods are currently accepted on rh999: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and Bank Transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks).
Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (applicable for all methods).
Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
4.2 Withdrawal Timeframe
Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, if verification is required, it may take a bit longer.
4.3 Withdrawal Terms
Before submitting a withdrawal request, ensure that your account has sufficient balance and that the wagering requirement for any applicable bonus has been met. The withdrawal method must match the deposit method.
4.4 Currency
All transactions on the rh999 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). A conversion fee may apply for transactions in foreign currencies.
Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
Newly registered users on rh999 are eligible to receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 → Receive ৳1,500 bonus → Total ৳2,500.
Example 2: Deposit ৳8,000 → Receive ৳5,000 bonus → Total ৳13,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirement
Before withdrawing a bonus, a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount must be met. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus has its own expiry date. If the conditions are not met within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
- Specific game categories may apply for wagering with bonus funds.
- rh999 reserves the right to cancel any bonus claimed through fraudulent activity.
- A user may claim a specific bonus only once.
- rh999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus at any time.
Gaming Rules
6.1 Fair Play Policy
rh999 operates on a fair play policy. All games offered on our platform are technically impartial and conducted in an audited manner.
6.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on rh999:
- Playing games using any software, bots, scripts, or automated methods.
- Multiple members of the same household operating separate accounts from a single device or network.

- Exploiting system errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.

6.3 Game Results
Game results are final and irreversible. If a game remains incomplete due to a technical error, rh999 will make a decision in accordance with the applicable policy.
VIP Program
rh999's VIP Program has three tiers. Each tier provides enhanced benefits and weekly cashback:
- Bronze Tier: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Silver Tier: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
- Gold Tier: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
Progression through VIP tiers is determined based on your gaming activity. Upon reaching each tier, you will be granted special benefits. The cashback amount is determined at the sole discretion of rh999.
